The Children's Choir is for children in grades 1 - 6. We meet once a week on Sundays from 2:00-2:45, learning many different types of songs in parts. We  sing during the 11:00 service monthly and occasionally during the 9:30 service. Not only do we sing, we also learn to play the hand chimes and Orff (xylophone) instruments.  No experience is necessary: just a love for music and a desire to have FUN!!  So, have your child join us in the Bell Choir Room (next to the Choir Room).  New members are ALWAYS welcome!  Feel free to bring a friend!

                                

In preparation for our Egypt VBA, we are putting together a Celebration Band!  All members of the Children's Choir may participate as singers in the band.  We will need musicians of all kinds: singers, guitarists, bass players, pianists, wind players, and percussionist.  If you are not a part of the Children's Choir, you can participate as a musician if you're in fifth grade and up and have experience playing an instrument or as a singer.  Contact Jennifer Melms if you are interested or register as a volunteer on the Egypt VBA site.  Rehearsals will take place on Sundays during Children's Choir starting on March 21st.
