Julie and her family joined St. Paul church in the December 2006 after moving from Southeastern Kentucky to Madeira.  She has been actively participating with the Communications/Publicity/Marketing team, the Children’s Ministry team, and in the young adult group.  Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from East Tennessee State University. 

Julie has spent time as a drug/alcohol counselor in the Harlan County Schools and as a case manager for the Department of Children’s Services in Tennessee.  She is currently working part-time as a preschool teacher. 

Julie is married to Chris Goodman and they have two children, Jared and Riley.  She loves running, sports (especially Kentucky basketball), and spending time with her family.
